What are some of the most recent advances regarding battery research? I've been of the opinion that Li-ion batteries are a crappy way of going about battery design for a while and I'm curious if there's been any serious alternatives developed. I believe there was an Fe-ion type researched recently but I know little about it. And of course I'm curious if nuclear batteries will ever be effective. Anything y'all got?pic unrelated just didn't have a good img on my phone
